Valentine has

Multi-national

Halliburton,
Kobe Steel,
Nissho Iwahi,
Schlumberger and
ITT.
Valentine played
a key role in
the World bank
funded
Capitalization,
Reorganization
and
Commercialization
consulting
assignment for
the Nigerian
National
Petroleum
Corporation,
which included
all the
refineries and
other operating
subsidiaries.
Valentine
actively
participated and
provided
leadership in
project teams on
a full time
basis,
consisting of
counterpart
staffing in the
corporation
steered project.
Some of the
project teams
that had set
deliverables
include
determination of
appropriate
debt/equity
structure,
reorganization
of the finance
and account,
internal audit
and the
exploration and
production
functions of the
corporation to
prepare the
corporation for
commercial
purposes
He was a
National Partner
and head of the
Energy and
Commercial Group
in the Audit,
Tax and Business
Advisory
Division of
Arthur Andersen.
Valentine was
also one of the
partners on SCOA
retail,
distribution,
automotive,
Information
Technology
Company,
headquartered in
Paris, France)
strategic
planning, profit
improvements
project and
operational
reviews. In
addition,
Valentine led
the team that
reviewed
five-year
historical
financial
statements and
profit forecast
for a share
flotation
(Initial Public
Offering), led
by a major
financial
institution.
He managed
financial
consulting
assignments as
well as the
audit for the
National
Fertilizer
Company of
Nigeria (NAFCON).
He reviewed
NAFCON’s
Export/Import
Bank draw downs
in Houston Texas
in 1986 and 1987
for propriety.
Valentine also
headed a major
accounting and
consulting
engagement for
Shell Petroleum
Development
Company while in
Arthur Andersen,
Nigeria.
Valentine later
joined Arthur
Andersen (New
York, USA) where
he was involved
in financial
analysis and
operational
improvement
projects in
multiple
industries and
managed large
audits of public
companies. His
clients included
Chevron Texaco,
Sprint
Affiliates and
Verizon in
Dominican
Republic. He was
involved in
several due
diligence
engagements and
provided
consulting
assistance to
companies
involved in
mergers and
acquisitions. In
the United
States of
America,
Valentine also
worked for
prestigious
firms like KPMG
and
PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He provided
Sarbanes Oxley
consulting to a
multi-billion
dollar retail
and distribution
company based in
the North East.
Valentine was

McGladrey and
Pullen (formerly
American Express
Tax and Business
Services), New
York, where he

SEC clients
in several
industries like
software, beer
distribution,
pharmaceutical
and Healthcare
and also
assisted clients
